RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • The product must be unused ,without any flaws.  And if the product is sealed then it must be returned sealed else it cant be returned
  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Customer needs to return the product via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
  • Return requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
  • An item can only be returned in case of any defects with proof, within 2 days of delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • An order will instantly be canceled if the billing information is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • If a customer doesn’t confirm their order within 24-hours of placement, the order will be marked as ‘discarded’.
  • An order can only be canceled within 12-hours of ordering from a customer’s end.
  • If the customer has paid and wants to cancel the order it will only be cancelled if the order is not dispatched from the hub else their appeal will not be accepted.

SHIPMENT POLICY

  • The orders will be delivered during 6 working days of the week.
  • Shipping Charges for a single order will be Rs.150 minimum
  • All orders placed before 4 pm will be shipped on the same day.
  • Orders placed after these hours will be shipped on the next working day.
  • The packaging will include standard materials.
  • If a product is damaged upon delivery, the compensation charges will be paid by the seller if a claim is filed.
  • Accurate evidence and receipts should be secured to file a claim against any damages.
  • Discounts and offers will not be implemented on the shipping charges.
  • The shipping fee will be exempt from any forms of Coupons and Vouchers.
  • Shipping delays can occur in case of issues regarding uncertain weather, national emergencies, public holidays, or other events/disasters, etc.
  • After shipping has been confirmed via email, the customer will receive a call from the Warehouse department to find the accuracy of the address.
  • In case of an inaccurate address, an order will be replaced with the correct information.
  • All customs and taxes associated with a product will be included in the originally displayed price.
  • Preferred Payment Methods will be Cash-On-Delivery and Online Payment (JazzCash ,Easypaisa & Visa Card).
  • A package purchased through online payment will only be shipped after the payment has been verified.
